The project involved the complete modernization of a PVH machine type Б2С used in industrial production, by fully replacing the conventional hydraulic system with a state-of-the-art servo-hydraulic assembly. The scope included redesigning hydraulic circuits, integrating a servo drive for precise motion control, installing a new PLC for process coordination, and reconstructing the electrical panel to ensure compatibility with modern technology.

The upgrade resulted in reduced energy consumption, increased cycle speed, optimized injection pressure, and improved process repeatability. The servo-hydraulic system provides high positioning accuracy and superior operational stability, leading to improved final product quality and reduced mechanical wear. The modernization extended the equipment’s service life and brought it up to current industrial performance standards.
