Description
AirTAC SAI Series pneumatic cylinders are designed for linear motion control in pneumatic automation applications. They are used to move, push, lift, press, position or actuate mechanical components in industrial machines and production equipment.
The SAI Series is based on the ISO 15552 standard, originally ISO 6431, which makes it suitable for standardized industrial installations. AirTAC describes this series with an aluminum profile body, corrosion-resistant construction, sensor switch grooves on the cylinder body, smooth buffer adjustment and optional mounting accessories. High-temperature seal material versions are also available for operation up to 150°C.
These cylinders are suitable for packaging machines, assembly lines, handling systems, automation equipment, pneumatic presses and general machine-building applications. The correct model is selected according to bore size, stroke length, mounting type, operating pressure, load, speed, working environment, sensor requirement and available installation space.
