Boiler House Automation – Thermal Process Control

The project involved the full automation of the boiler house at EFES Brewery, aiming to ensure precise control of thermal parameters, efficient energy distribution, and safe operation of the entire system. The scope included the installation of an industrial PLC to coordinate heating circuits, recirculation pumps, and temperature and pressure monitoring systems.

Advanced control algorithms were implemented to maintain temperature within strictly defined limits, along with the integration of safety sensors and configuration of alarms for critical situations. Through a modern HMI interface, operators can monitor the boiler house status in real time, adjust operating parameters, and analyze historical data to optimize energy consumption.

The automation significantly improved energy efficiency, increased system reliability, and reduced the risk of unplanned downtime, integrating the boiler house into a modern industrial control architecture compatible with future expansion and smart maintenance programs.
